Chan Kok Hong,, Managing Director
The single most important factor of success in any organisation must be the leader with a vision. Mr Chan left the then Jones Lang Wootton in 1995 to carve out a niche for himself in the property management profession.
He handpicked each Director and staff. Without a doubt in his mind, he created a company that promised an international level of competency and service with the care and concern of a small local enterprise.
Together with his expert knowledge of the Building Maintenance Strata Management Act as well as the Land Titles (Strata) Act, he is now recognised as one of the foremost professionals in the management of strata titled properties. In this capacity, he has been invited to present papers in property seminars all over South East Asia. He has also been asked to discuss issues on property defects and to voice his professional opinion at seminars and conferences.

Winnie Wong,, Deputy Managing Director
Winnie has more than 15 years experience in property management of both residential and commercial projects. After obtaining her diploma, she worked with ESMACO before embarking on an overseas education. Prior to joining Chan Kok Hong Consultants Pte Ltd, she was a property manager at Knight Frank for six years.
Winnie joined Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants Pte Ltd in 2003 and led a team of condo managers. With her acquired experience, she was promoted to Associate Director in 2005. She was promoted to Director in 2008, Senior Director in 2010, to Executive Director in January 2011 and to Deputy Managing Director in November 2011.

Wong Kwong Chen, Senior Director
Mr Wong has more than 40 years of experience in property management, having worked for a major developer for 12 years handling the marketing and management of their property. He then joined SCMS Property Management Pte Ltd as a property manager before joining SavillsCKH Pte Ltd in 2003. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2007, Senior Associate Director in 2009, to Director in January 2011 and to Senior Director in November 2011.

David Wee, Director
David has 35 years experience in real estate management starting from HDB to DBS Land and subsequently to Marina Centre Holding, CapitaLand Retail and Far East Organisation where he gained vast experience and exposures in property and facility management.
He handled the operations of retail malls, shopping centres, office buildings and industrial complexes. He has also several years experience in strata-titled properties under established MA firms, leading a team of managers and executives to run the operations of MCST for office, industry, retail and residential properties.
Prior to joining CKH Strata Management Pte Ltd in August 2010, David was a Senior Director at Property Facility Services Pte Ltd.

Abigail Ang, Director
Abigail started her career as a Technical Officer with the HDB and later ventured into the private sector, joining a major developer, Far East Organisation, in managing a portfolio of properties. She subsequently moved over to Kenwood Real Estate as a head office property manager before joining Premas International Pte Ltd in 2000.
Having acquired a wealth of experience in property management, she proved to be a valuable asset in leading a team of condominium managers when she joined CKH Strata Management Pte Ltd in 2004. She was promoted from Assistant Manager to Manager and then Senior Manager in 2006. In January 2010, Abigail was promoted to Associate Director and to Director in November 2011.

Lau Kok Ching, Associate Director
Kok Ching started her career as a property officer at Jones Lang Wotton in 1994. Thereafter, she joined Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants Pte Ltd in October 1995 when Mr Chan Kok Hong came out to set up his company. Throughout her stay, she has constantly endeavoured to improve and upgrade her property management skills; and some of the flagship properties she has managed are The Orange Grove, Four Seasons Park and UE Square. She was promoted from Assistant Manager to Manager and then Senior Manager in 2007. In January 2011, Kok Ching was promoted to Associate Director and currently oversees the management of residential and commercial properties.

Chua Jin Ghee, Associate Director
Jin brings with him an extensive real estate experience in both Strata Title properties as well as single owner owned properties.
His belief in giving clients the best value for their money will ensure that SavillsCKH clients will always be given top priority. As former Associate Director in a local property management company, Jin oversaw a variety of Industrial, Residential and Commercial properties which includes Innovation Place, Richfield Industrial Centre, Hiangkie Industrial Building, Mandai Industrial Building, Lakehomes, Tudor Ten, Espa, Tristar Complex, Indian Overseas Bank and the Far East Finance Building to name a few.

Esmond, , Associate Director
Esmond, a Bachelor of Science (HONS) in Management from National University of Ireland. He was working with the Government while obtaining his part time Diploma in Civil Engineering in Singapore Polytechnic.
Esmond joined Colliers Jardine (S) Pte Ltd in 1995 after 10 years with Government Service. In Colliers Jardine, Esmond hold the position of Assistant Property Manager in HQ handling multiple projects. He joined CKH Strata Management Pte Ltd in January 2010 as HQ Strata Manager managing a total of 7 estates. He was promoted to Senior Strata Manager In January 2011 and to Associate Director in November 2011.
