Mr Chan Kok Hong left Jones Lang Wootton (now known as Jones Lang Lasalle) in 1995 because he had a vision - To set up a company that would provide his clients with the very best strata management advice and service, on par with international standards but with local knowledge and expertise.
To realise this vision, Mr Chan founded CKH Strata Management Pte Ltd (formerly known as Chan Kok Hong Property Consultants Pte Ltd). The company would set itself apart from its competition through professionalism, service excellence, efficiency, integrity, strategic application of information technology and concern for the welfare of the resident.
Today, with a staff strength of 300, CKH Strata Management services over 100 clients, including landmark buildings like Tang Plaza, Tung Centre and Signature Park.
